How do I transfer my account?

If you need to transfer ownership of your Chase Integrated Payments account to someone else, please reach out to our Support team and let us know if:

  • You are the current account administrator and wish to transfer your account to someone else in your organization
  • The account administrator is no longer with the organization

If possible, please submit your request using the email address linked to your Chase Integrated Payments account. Our support team will help you take your next steps!
