How do I get a refund?

Chase Integrated Payments enables businesses to accept credit card payments. If you have a charge from us on your statement, you’ve probably purchased something from a business or organization that we’ve partnered with. 

If you’ve made a payment for goods or services, but would prefer to request a refund, please reach out directly to the business or organization that received your payment.
