How do I reset my password?

If you are a Chase Integrated Payments merchant, you can reset your existing password using the following steps:

  1. Visit https://www.wepay.com/register/recover.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your merchant account.
  3. Open the Reset your password email.
  4. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

If your email address is linked to an existing merchant account, you should receive a password reset email in a few minutes. If you don’t receive this email:

  • Check your spam folders.
  • Add chase-support@wepay.com to your trusted senders list.
  • Double-check the email address you used to request a password reset.

If you have never logged into Chase Integrated Payments or are having trouble resetting your password, please reach out to our Support team. For verification purposes, please submit your request using the email address linked to your merchant account.
